• Can you check your invoice payment on the web portal?
  No, this information must be confirmed directly by the country’s treasury area.


• Don’t you know the purchase order from you invoice?
  Enter through “Invoice registration without purchase order” option and in the applicant field, register the email of the user requesting of your purchase.


• Don’t you know the receipt part of your invoice?
  Enter through “Invoice registration with purchase order” option and in the “Know receipt part” type the option “NO”.
